• ByBy is not a dating app.
• ByBy does not offer matchmaking or romantic services.
• Users may connect for social interactions only.
• Meetups are open to everyone, including male-to-male, female-to-female, and mixed-gender connections.
• All meetups must take place only in public locations.

2. Information We Collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth (to confirm 18+ eligibility)
• Profile photo
• Bio and interests (optional)
• Government-issued ID (only for identity verification, if required)

2(b). Usage Information

• App interactions and session activity
• Meetup requests and confirmations
• Messages sent within the app (moderated for safety)

2(c). Location Information

Approximate Location: City-level location may be used to show nearby profiles, suggest nearby public venues, and improve discovery features.

Precise Location (Limited Use): Precise location may be used only during an active, confirmed public meetup to enable check-in/check-out, provide safety/SOS support, and help confirm the meetup occurs at a public place.

2(d). Payment Information

• Transaction details related to in-app credits or session reservations
• Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers
• We do not store your credit card or bank details

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage user accounts
• Verify age and identity (18+)
• Enable public meetups and session reservations
• Process payments and payouts
• Ensure safety and prevent misuse
• Respond to support inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Coins / Credits Usage

ByBy may use virtual credits (“Coins”) to reserve public social sessions and confirm meetup requests.

• Coins represent booking credits only.
• Coins do not represent companionship, dating, or adult services.
• Coins/earnings may be released to the host only after a meetup is completed (subject to safety and dispute checks).

5. Public Meetup Rules

• All meetups must occur in public places (cafés, parks, malls, coworking spaces)
• Private locations, residences, and hotels are strictly prohibited
• Sexual services, escorting, or adult activities are not allowed
• Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban

6. Safety & Moderation

We use safety measures including profile/content moderation, automated and manual review of messages for prohibited content, reporting and blocking tools, and SOS support during active meetups (where available).

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information only with:

• Payment processors (to complete transactions)
• Identity verification providers (if you choose/are required to verify)
• Legal authorities when required by law

All partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

8. Data Storage & Security

• We store data securely using industry-standard safeguards.
• Access to personal data is restricted.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion at any time.
